Belaynew is a licensed physical therapist with more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, rehabilitation, and physical therapy education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Dual Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Public Health. He has a strong background in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and uses therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, myofascial decompression (cupping), kinesiotaping, strain-counterstrain, PNF, Active Release Technique (ART), SIJ dysfunction management, and orthotic interventions to help patients improve movement and function. His background in sports and outdoor activities—including running, cycling, soccer, swimming, and hiking —has strengthened his interest in sports rehabilitation and functional movement. He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy with greater strength, mobility, and confidence.
