Ruben graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1983 from the University of Toledo. Over the years, he has practiced in a variety of clinical settings from in-patient acute care to working with orthopedic and sports medicine patients on an outpatient basis. Ruben finds his career as a physical therapist rewarding and he remains consistently amazed at how hard people are willing to work to return themselves to fulfilling and active lifestyles. He and his wife Cathy moved recently from Ohio to Seattle to join family members living in the area. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

TESTIMONIALS

“I would highly recommend getting physical therapy at Biojunction Sports Therapy.  I went there post hip replacement.  They got me safely on my feet again.  Nice, clean place conveniently located for West Seattle residents.”

“Thank you to Ruben, and Biojunction, for helping to restore my physical and mental well-being! My right-arm and shoulder were practically immobile due to limited range of motion. Medical x-rays showed a “normal shoulder”, so I turned to PT for assistance. Ruben diagnosed my problem as “frozen shoulder” (something I had never heard of). Over the next 2 months we worked together to restore my range of motion, and in doing so helped restore my mental well-being as I moved away from pain associated with daily shoulder use. Thank you!”
