Laura graduated from the University of Washington with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. She is a Seattle native, who completed her undergrad at the UW as well, with a BA in Psychology. After Physical Therapy school she continued her education, becoming a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in 2010, and earning her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association in 2011. “Laura Bouma helped me through a hip replacement, a shoulder issue, a back disc problem, and general exercises to make life and mobility easier. She is kind, organized, prompt, all with a sense of humor. She is the best PT I’ve had, and I have three joint replacements!”

“I have had several car accidents over the years and lots of PT. By far, Laura is the best I’ve ever had. She met me right exactly where I was at physically and designed a program that fit my specific needs. With her support, she launched me into an ongoing regular exercise routine. I can’t say enough good about her and will definitely use her in the future! Love the staff at the front desk too! Always so very sweet and helpful!”
