Kinnari Nakrani

Kinnari Nakrani, PT

Kinnari is born and brought up in the India and did her bachelor’s in physical therapy from the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India in 2019. She has worked in a private orthopedic clinic for 2 years, where she handled post-surgical patients. Then she came to the United States to pursue a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. She loves working with orthopedic post -surgical patients and geriatric patients to improve their quality of life and return back to the prior level of function. When not in the clinic, she likes to go hiking, cooking with her husband and exploring new restaurants and places.

I was suffering terrible back pain that nothing would relieve.  My doctor referred me for physical therapy to Biojunction in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, where I was assigned Kinnari Nakrani as my PT practitioner. During my first 45-minute visit, Kinnari diagnosed the muscle weaknesses and inflexibility issues causing my pain with astonishing accuracy.  She assigned me exercises to perform every day and said I would be pain-free within six sessions, a prediction that came true (the stretches and strengthening exercises actually started helping right away). An amazingly gifted and knowledgeable professional, Kinnari is above all kind, caring, and a joy to work with.  I couldn’t be more pleased or grateful to her and Biojunction both.  As for Biojunction’s staff, they likewise are flawlessly professional and great to deal with.  I feel I have good friends there and love the phone app they have their patients use.  It updates with each session to let us review our currently assigned exercises and be sure we’re doing them correctly. After eight sessions over two months, I graduated entirely pain free.  Better still, I feel straighter, stronger, more centered, happier all around, and left with the gift of a “tool kit” for the future.  My morning exercise routine is an enjoyable start to the day. In short, I give Biojunction top marks and recommend them extremely highly.
